2. What we collect
We collect only the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form (name, email, message) or when purchasing (name, email, billing address).
With your consent, we also collect technical data via Google Analytics 4 (anonymised IP, on-site behavior). All tracking cookies load only after your active consent.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data exclusively to: respond to your inquiry, deliver the service you ordered, issue invoices, and — with your consent — for analytics and site improvement.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)), and legal obligation for accounting data (Art. 6(1)(c)). For US visitors, processing is compliant with CCPA where applicable.
5. Retention periods
Contact form messages: 3 years. Accounting data: 10 years (legal obligation in the EU). Analytics data: 14 months maximum.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. You can lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (or your local data protection authority).

7. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your data. We share it only with contract processors (hosting provider, email provider, payment processor, Google Analytics) — all within the EU or under standard contractual clauses for transfers outside the EU.

9. International transfers
