How we work
Every engagement starts with a free written intro. We listen. We map where the business is now and where it wants to be in three months. Then we give you an honest answer — whether we can help or not.
If we can, we move fast. Business Reset ships in 3–7 days. "Website in a Week" means a website in a week. No agency delays, no "we'll get back to you next sprint."
Who we don't work with
We don't work with companies that already have a marketing team and a healthy 6-figure business looking for another vendor. That's an agency job — hire one of those.
We don't work with clients who want "someone to just do something" without a deeper question of what the business actually does and for whom. AI doesn't solve unclarity — it scales it. We won't help you scale chaos.
The founder
Tanja Goltes is the founder of Heila Studio, where creativity meets technology. An entrepreneur at heart, she has spent years building brands, creating websites, and helping businesses present themselves online in a way that feels authentic and delivers results.
Curiosity has always been one of her greatest strengths. She enjoys exploring new ideas, testing the latest AI tools, and finding practical ways to use them to save time, improve quality, and help businesses grow.
Whether she is designing a website, creating AI-generated visuals, writing compelling copy, or building custom digital solutions, she is always looking for smarter and more effective ways to solve problems.
She believes that great design is not only about looking beautiful. It is about creating trust, telling a story, and making things simple for the people who use them.
Outside of work, she is inspired by nature, loves turning ideas into reality, and is always working on a new project that brings creativity and innovation together.
Sister brand Heila Studio (in Slovenian) serves the Slovenian market with the same approach, adapted to the local language and market.
