When you send
We reply within 24 hours (usually faster), by email. If we have questions, we write them in the same thread — so you can think, and we can prepare the right answer. No improvisation, no pressure.
During the exchange
2–4 emails and/or a few WhatsApp messages is usually enough to figure out the leverage and whether we're a fit. All documents (intake, proposals) go through email — you have everything in writing to review.
After the exchange
Within 48 hours you get a concrete proposal — scope, price, timeline. No follow-up spam. If we're not the right fit, we say so honestly.
